Greg Sonnors, the lawyer of George Zimmerman, the young man who killed Trayvon Martin was scheduled to be interviewed by Lawrence O’Donnell and instead appeared at his station and then declined the interview moments before the cameras began to roll.
O’Donnell feels like is was a cop out because Sonnors had preemptive notions about the types of questions that O’Donnell would ask concerning his client’s innocence. O’Donnell feels as if Sonnors would not be able to confidently defend his client and his innocence and therefore left the studio before they could even get him on air.
There are so many nuaces to this case it is ultimately ridiculous.
